year. Bad meetings frustrate people, diminish productivity, reduce the bottom
line, and negative affect the corporate culture. As a finance manager in a
global company, over 50% of my working time are used in meeting, including team
meeting, cross-functional meeting, regular finance review meeting, performance
review with staff or manager, supplier meeting, and all kinds of project
meeting. I feel very tired and I think most of meeting wasted my time but I
have to attend because I wonder I will miss important information if I don't attend. Somtimes, the meeting covers multiple sections but invite people to attend the whole meeting which also waste people's time. You can
